Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy explains how Y6VPN handles data when you visit the website, use an account, receive a subscription, or contact support. It applies to this website and the user panel operated by the service. Third-party payment pages and external platforms have their own privacy policies.

Account and Order Information

Y6VPN lets you create an account with a username and password, without an email address. An email address is not required to create an account. Account data includes your username, password credentials used for authentication, subscription status, and data usage. These details are used for sign-in, subscription delivery, and checking your remaining data.

Order records include the selected plan, amount, payment status, and transaction reference. They are used for reconciliation, refunds, and investigating unusual orders. Support tickets retain the text and attachments you submit. Please provide only information needed to troubleshoot an issue; do not submit passwords, payment credentials, or complete subscription links.

No-Logs Policy and Connection Data

Y6VPN does not record which websites users visit through international routes. It does not store browsing history, browsing content, or DNS query history, nor create profiles of website visits that can be linked to an account.

The service does not retain persistent, individual connection logs, including records linking session start and end times with source and destination addresses. Temporary session state needed to operate a connection is used only for that session and is not kept as historical logs after the connection ends. Account-level cumulative data usage is used to measure subscriptions and does not include browsing destinations. Essential service error information is used only for troubleshooting and should not contain browsing content or complete subscription credentials.

Usage Statistics and Local Storage

Website usage statistics help us understand page visits, source categories, and entry-point clicks so we can improve content and workflows. They are not used to analyze browsing activity over our routes. Statistics should not include passwords, authentication tokens, or subscription addresses. Website usage data and route activity are handled separately.

Cookies and local storage may be used to maintain essential sessions, save language preferences, and preserve sign-in status. You can clear this data in your browser settings; doing so may require you to sign in again or reset your preferences. When finished using a shared device, sign out and clear the session. Clearing local browser data does not delete account or order records stored on the server.

Third-Party Payments and Data Sharing

The service supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments involve the relevant payment channel or settlement provider. Their requirements and data handling are governed by the policies on their respective pages. Y6VPN uses order references and payment results to confirm receipt; it does not ask users to submit payment account passwords in support tickets.

The service does not sell account data. When data is shared with a processor needed to provide the service, sharing is limited to what is necessary for that task. Where disclosure is legally required, data is handled only to the extent applicable requirements call for; this does not expand routine data collection. The public nature of on-chain transaction records is determined by the relevant network. Deleting an account cannot remove public on-chain records.

Data Retention and Deletion Requests

Account and subscription data is retained while the service is provided. Order and support records are kept for as long as needed to complete transactions, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal requirements. Usage statistics are deleted or aggregated and de-identified once their analytical purpose is fulfilled. This policy does not set an unverified fixed retention period or keep data indefinitely for unrelated purposes.

Sign in to the user panel and submit a request through support tickets to access, correct, or delete account data. We will verify account ownership before processing and explain how deletion may affect subscription use. Transaction records that must be retained will be restricted to their required purpose. Residual data in backups is cleared through backup rotation and is not reused for routine business.

Policy Updates and Privacy Requests

Policy changes will be published on this page, and the month at the top of the page will be updated. Important changes to data collection, use, or user rights will be announced on the website or in the user panel. If additional authorization is needed, we will explain this before the relevant processing takes place. An update does not constitute automatic permission to expand the use of previously collected data.

If you have questions about this policy, data handling, or the outcome of a deletion request, submit a privacy request through a user panel support ticket. For service use and refund rules, see the Terms of Service.
